It's a legacy campaign and power level doesn't matter, it applies its own caps.
Sure it is doable, but kinda depends on build, skill and experience.
In Legendary, the enemies get stronger when there are more players, but even having the limited ability to revive is a massive advantage. When solo, if you die during a restricted revive encounter, you have to start it again.
If you find the campaign too tough on Legendary, just a note that the exotics can be purchased from Rahool at the Tower, costs an Exotic Cipher to unlock an unowned Exotic and you need to reset his rank once to get the option to buy them.
Oh, I didn't know they were f2p and thanks for the Rahool guy, didn't knew about that.
I'm a returning player after years as my save file wiped off after i failed to transfer my save to steam and later came to find out after the time period.
Guess ill have to check some guides for a solo run and see how it goes from there.
