ALH would be a waste on Parasite since Holster Mods already auto-load it. IMO the best way to buff Parasite would be to have each shot only consume half the stacks, so after a x20 the next would be at least x10.
As far as my favorite weapon, that'd probably be Riskrunner, which I would buff by making the catalyst give you the Arc Conductor buff whenever you are amplified.
Give Lord of Wolves a catalyst that inflicts moderate scorch on hit, since they reworked it with "release the wolves" into a base function of the gun between ADS and hip-fire
Quicksilver catty makes it strand, they could do the same, BUT Bastion is meant to be Kinetic so they are unlikely to change it.
Cause right now, its play their way, while paying for the privilege of being told how to play.
Right now, Prism Titan just got a nerf and is supported neither by the artifact nor the surges. Yet, it is still an absolutely amazing option and totally broken in a wide selection of activities. What is and isn't good is NOT dependent on the artifact, it is dependent on POWER CREEP. All older weapons will be bad because they are just that, older. To balance the game they need to nerf 50% of the subclasses in the game and either add back in PL sunsetting or also nerf 70% of guns.
IMO old stuff doesn't need buffs nearly as bad as newer stuff needs nerfs. If there isn't a linear equation between time of release and strength, that also alleviates the "buy every DLC on launch" mindset.
