Serious Question about Prices

I am trying to put together a conversation, but I can't find the proper information, so I will ask here.

From Destiny 2s release up until the current expansion, what was the full price for each expansion. With an the addition of the deluxe addition.

I.E: $40+40 for deluxe.

I ain't expecting much, but I can't find a page with the original prices for all of it. The store page isn't giving me much to go on either.

For example here I can see that the Lightfall standard edition was £39.99 on release and the Lightfall Annual Pass Edition was £79.99 on release:
