broken Meditation
unable to get Storm's Keep on Titian. Anyone could give a hand on the matter ??

Yeah, it's a very strange bug. Try to buy something extra and re-enter the tower. It worked for me.

Fast travel to courtyard, walk back, then try again. There are multiple load zones in the tower, and exiting Ikora's and then going back in can solve it.
