The new strike should be free, because it's the returning strike from Destiny 1. I'd be very surprised if Bungie will make us buy DLC or a season for it.

The ONLY chance it would require the season pass is if they reworked it heavily, which is sincerely doubt will happen.

True, I'm just confused by the fact that I don't know what kind of content will be in the third act yet. The only thing I know so far is a new strike, and if that's it, then.... the strike's gonna be paywalled? Anyway, we'll find out in a week.
