Cayde’s Fate timeline quest is not updating after completion

Returning player here.

I have completed the reflection mission but it's still saying that it's incomplete in my quests and i never got the Monte Carlo weapon.

I guess i should be lucky for not getting soft locked during the quest because this appears to be an ancient issue when it comes to this particular quest judging by search results.

Not sure there's anyone left at Bungo TO fix it, to be honest. Have you tried abandoning the quest through your quest log and then reclaiming it from the lost quest terminal?
