Have you done all the triumphs that boost RNG? Because Bungie REALLY wants you to do them. Frankly they should just make a quest where when you do all the triumphs it drops 100% guaranteed (please do another Divinity-like quest)

all except the solo dungeon one. I personally think they are all placebo and dont do anything.
