The Drowning Labyrinth step 3 not working

So ive found all the worms. I went back to the room where you put in the codes. I enter the code Witness, Give, Darkness. I progress the dungeon as normal and the Shrieker does not appear in the room before the first encounter. I watched a video of someone entering the code and youre supposed to get a message in the bottom left corner of your screen that says "deep within the pyramid, something shifts". I dont get the message and the shreiker does not spawn.

same for me, and still cant figure out what i did wrong, i did everything that was neede for that step and did everything with the video and still no message

i got it to work but im not sure what i did different. Ive just been running the dungeon and making new groups. The only thing i can think that made it work for me is someone joined my group that was on the same step as me and their quest was working which allowed my bugged quest to progress.
