Evanf1997 has a great video on the topic. As far as I know, among people who still care, it is assumed that the raid itself is the last 15 wish. You know, to curse the dreaming city and all that. But in fact, five years later, if that wish had been real, someone would have found it by now.

The 15th wish is more than likely a 4th wall break and fun poke for Bungie. It only ever existed in the API, and everything about the situation surrounding it points to it not being true, just a misleading bit of fun.

People who hold onto it being real are just numpties.

I believe that Bungie themselves even admitted the 15th wish is the Last Wish raid itself. But yet people keep grasping onto it.

I checked everywhere in the throne world for that and found nothing maybe i missed maybe it wasn't there. But it wouldn't unreasonable to check kings fall and crota's end since riven is kind a related to the situation

The 15th wish is most likely just some made up thing by Bungie to keep people invested into the entire 'what is the 15th wish' shtick.. It will either remain how it currently is or Bungie might come back onto it one day, but the chances of that happening are next to none..
