I'm just wondering how you get all 3 because I've got the Access and Override. Wondering if there is another one or what?

You get one of the Catalysts each time you complete the Legendary variant of Nord.Avalon.

the catalysts drop from the Legendary version of the Avalon mission. Access and Override are just bonus perks you need to access secrets in the mission.

I don't believe there's a weekly lockout.
But I've only run it once so I am not 100% sure.

I can confirm that it doesn't have a weekly lockout, because I farmed all three yesterday.
