I don't think you are supposed to, it's not a participation trophy.
It looks like you want the rewards that people put a lot of effort into without expending the effort. At least that's how it looks to me.
The did something to get that good, if you're unwilling to do the same it's on you.
I don't think there should be anything separating players, you're that good or not. Letting the low skill play only against the low skill is so much like a participation trophy. You're more than welcome to think otherwise, but I think end game is not day care.
Edit: You get better playing against better than you.

I'm not a Michelin star chef but I know when my meal is burnt, not am I mechanics but I know when my brakes don't work. Knowledge doesn't require participation.
