Cursebreaker and Rivensbane are the only ones that should give you the achievement now.
1) You need to complete one of the remaining original Forsaken seals (Dredgen, Cursebreaker or Rivensbane).
2) You need to own the Forsaken Pack.
Even though Dredgen can be acquired by all players the achievement itself is still a DLC achievement and requires you to own the DLC. The only way to get around the requirement for owning the DLC is through cross-save - as an example I own Forsaken on Steam and have unlocked all the achievements but have recently started playing on Xbox where I don't own the DLC but because I've already unlocked the achievements and my account tracks this the DLC achievements automatically unlocked as soon as I logged in on Xbox.
I've seen comments indicating that the new Crucible seal (Glorious) will also count though I can't confirm this myself and given the known limitations of the achievement this I expect these reports are erroneous and/or bugs.
So i guess i didn't get the pop-up ingame or via Steam.
Ty all for the advice.
