recovery is nice ig, but id rather have mobility in pvp since it affects strafe speed which can make you harder to hit in a gunfight.
imo 100 mobility, 70 res and then as much recovery as you can get after that
Recovery means how fast you can rejoin the fight
So if you are slow and methodical, resilience is your stat
If you're fast and want to re-engage quickly, recovery
However if you're building FOR PVP you'll want 100's in those stats anyways so, kind of a moot point
On the other hand, recovery is arguably the most important stat and has a palpable effect on all modes. Not only does it let you get back in the fight quicker, but guardians on 100 recov begin health regeneration alarmingly quickly, and many opponents will mistakenly push you after not realising you already began to regen. Overall, its preference, but recovery is definitely objectively more important. Also note that mobility reduces hunter dodge cooldown, resilience reduces titan barricade cooldown, and recovery reduces warlock rift cooldown, so you usually want 80-100 in your class specific stat regardless.
All the best players in ranking have 100 res 100 recov
