Prophecy Phalanx Echo not dropping Judgement
I've ran this encounter 30+ times I've lost count, (i have also beaten the dungeon before), never have gotten the hand cannon before and it wont drop, meanwhile my friend got 8 of them??? Am i just that unlucky????

Is that 30 times over different weeks or 30 times this week? Prophecy bosses can be farmed for drops but only the first drop each week has a chance to be a 'new' item.
