Hierarchy of needs catalyst.

Is it a guarenteed drop from master spire or not ? Game states it isn't (chance to obtain) but most i've seen online say it does drop 100% on first master clear.
Has anyone done master (having unlocked the bow first of course) and NOT gotten the catalyst ?

I got it on my first try after getting the bow. If it's not 100% it's probably really high.

its 100% guaranteed from master. You need the bow to get it tho

Aight cool, 'cause by the time i'm 1610 it'll be damn near the end of the season so i wouldn't have much time to farm it. And if it's anything like duality master i wouldn't have it in me to farm it anyway.

It's a guarantee drop from master. I've done on 1600 - 1602 Wellock. You don't have to wait until you're 1610. Good team is you need.
