What happened to Rampage spec and the other specs
Ever since season started they been gone, was there an update/change that I over looked in patch notes?

They've been absorbed into their base mods, And now can be used alongside other mods like boss spec/ect, every single weapon perk with a spec has it's spec intrinsic now, it's a buff to em, enjoy

Yup.
6.3.0:
"Weapon Mods
The Dragonfly, Rampage, and Surrounded perks now have their spec mod behaviors enabled by default."

Ok just wanted to see what the deal was with that. Thats a good thing tho I am quite happy about those changes
