I have some essence , and I have to bake something.
What and how ?
This is very confusing !
I have the quest with the oven, but I can not open this and bake something, because I don't have dawning 'something' that I need.
In Inventory I have something (essence?) , but I can not do anything with it..
On EDZ did the precision bounty but got only one orb. To get the other 9 I ended up having to do 3 lost sectors with extended super w/Crown of Tempests. Yet on strikes, two precision kills generates an orb. Since last season few of my masterworked weapons yield orbs on a regular basis. On EDZ and Nessus especially.
After EDZ, did the vex and fallen finisher bounties, the 50 kills in Cadmus or wherever, then i finished of the No More Time or whatever pulse weapon calibration in Well of Infinitude.
For all of those activities, I had enough essence for 3 cookies. Couldn't even finish Eva's cookie bounties.
As you've noticed, since last season masterworked weapons no longer generate power orbs. You need to slot mods in your helmet. There's kinetic, elemental based on your helmets element, and elemental based on your subclass.
I know about the kinetic one. That run was my first day. A lot of my mods have deprecated items that i have to deal with. I have certain pieces of armor I use as a set depending on the weekly strike burn. Some were masterworked but the deprecated mods mean I have to come up with the resources again to fill those slots. But my 7th Seraph Saw machine gun does generate orbs during strikes. It's two precision shots for 1 orb. Having to kill probably 60 NPCs in 3 Lost Sectors with a super to generate 9 orbs is ridiculous.
