Is the achievement Nothing Left to Say still obtainable? Further to the question, are there currently any missable achievements due to Vaulted DLC

Complete the "Shattered Throne" dungeon.

Edit: You need the Forsaken pack.

Thanks mate appreciate it, I have the forsaken pack i knew that the achievement previously was for completing the last mission before being vaulted.
