Can you get shaders and transmat effects from dismantling?

I have a ship Amplitude/PT and it has already applied shader and transmat, shader I already own but not transmat effect, it's Green Ghost an rare blue transmat which I assume to be from season 1, but when I look in collections, I don't have one to reaquire. So my question is, is it a thing to get shaders and transmats by dismantling stuff? If it is I kinda wanna look what else I have, I can always reacquire stuff like ship anyway from collection.

There are some things that can drop shaders when dismantled, however it is mainly due to spaghetti code and is a relic from the era where shaders were one use items. As a rule, neither shaders nor transmat effects are dropped from dismantling
