edit btw i also have in stats 100 resilience, 100 discipline and 80 recovery. in video if you watch closely i get instant powned while also having the healing rift mini overshield. unfair and completely broken that's what it is.
FPS above 30 might still affect some attacks as well

I had double solar resistance equipped too, guess it does not matter against this stupid overpowered miniboss. -_-

The cabal miniguns, the scorpion turrets, and a lot of DOT damage sources are tied to framerate (this was also why Thresher's were so damned powerful, and also why at higher framerates, during season of the seraph, the seraph towers would target you faster than 15 seconds)
Check it, seriously, cap your framerate to 30fps and see how long you last, then uncap your framerate and you'll get insta-deleted. Not to mention other mechanics like getting phalanx bonked doesn't send you flying into the stratosphere
This is due to the game refreshing damage ticks along with your framerate, so you get more damage ticks in a shorter period of time than someone with a lower framerate
Tying physics calculations to framerate sucks (see the Gamebryo engine with Oblivion/Skyrim etc though I hear it wasn't nearly as much a problem in F76 but whatevs I never played that one)
