Can confirm the above. DLC package/bundle pages will show you which parts are already owned, and subtract from the subtotal accordingly.
Just make sure you know what you're getting from the bundles, as they recently changed. For instance: the Legacy Collection no longer includes the Forsaken Pack, from what I can tell - that's now bundled with the 30th Anniversary Pack (which is no longer bundled with any other premium bundles for expansions, i.e. Lightfall's Annual Pass bundle, unlike last year's). And if you do decide to get other DLC, e.g. Lightfall, make sure dungeon keys come with it.
As this bundle is one product it won´t count your already owned stuff.
