NEED HELP!! Can't see cross save characters in steam

HELP!!!!! So i played with 2 characters on Playstation 4. I enabled cross save and attached my steam account and my Stadia account sometime during 2020. I uninstalled the game around Sept last year. I recently decided to but beyond light, so i purchased the Beyond Light deluxe package. I reinstalled the game, installed the DLC, and started it up. I get to the character select screen and it does not have any of my characters. I log in to bungie.net and they show up there just fine. It shows my steam account, and my stadia account, and both titans are right there. Although when i go in to steam and start up the game i have nothing linked from my cross save. No character, not my clan, not my gear or bank..... nothing!! I need a hand. Bungie tech support doesn't exist, no number to call, no ticket i can enter, no way to unlink what ever account the game is linking to, and i am not going to deactivate my cross save and wait a whole 90 days to reactivate it just to play this. If that is how i fix it, then i will just get a refund and spend that money on something else.
