Where EXACLTY is Sloan's dossier?

Game says I need to do some hacking quests and I can find them at the dossier at the slab however I don't see a damn thing at the slab about some dossier? Where do you even find this?

When you interact with the Shaping Slab, look for a tall arrow button to the right of the reward track. That should switch to a second tab with the three Hive Hacking quests.
