How do I unlock more weapons to focus in RotN?

I was only given the two elegant arsenal quests, but I don't know how to unlock the ability to focus the other weapons.

You cant. You can only focus the weapons tied to the Dungeon in rotation.

Next reset 4 more guns get added, 2 resets after that we get the final 4.
