Revision Zero Catalyst Quest

I just finished the step 5 of "should you choose to accept it part III" by doing the Seraph's Shield on legend difficulty; but it still didn't progress the quest nor did it give me the outlaw catalyst. Yet somehow I could upgrade the intrinsic. Why is this happening? I don't have a lot of time to be wasted like this.

Make sure to interact with the Dead Exo in the first boss room (when you first fight the Hive Knight). It's on the right, right after you enter the room.

Previously the dead exo was at the trap room. This time there was nothing there. So it changes location each time? So were exactly is this? There are so many hive knights.

The currently available Exo locations in Seraph's Shield is: Laser grid room (the one that fries you if you step on the wrong floor panel, #1), the vent you go into to shoot the Operator panel (the one that has a side-vent inside on the left side, #2 is in that dead end), and in the big room with the brigs (from the entrance, just go right until you get to the side room, Exo #3 will be in the side room there). There's a 4th Exo in the section immediately after you get your weapons back but we can't interact with that one yet, that one will probably be next week's Exo.

Yeah, I meant the HUGE Hive Knight, pardon for not being specific. Btw, Eradrazil basically summed it up. I'll also link a video here, for the current location:

Nope. Can't find it. I need to watch a youtube video I think. Done it a few times already.

seriously is the easiest mission bro. can be done in about 20 minutes solo on normal. the mission itself upgrades hunter trace, the catalysts are from dead exos scattered throughout the mission. honestly the easiest catalysts to ever be put in the game.

and no it does not change location. if its not there you already have it and should just complete the mission. the catalysts are rewarded upon mission completion not just collecting the exos. shouldn't require this much explanation

I already said it. I looked there. It's not there for me. And I didn't say anything about the mission being hard. I'm doing it solo every time. I know it's easy dude.

Maybe it's because I already did the Part 2 this week, so I can't collect another catalyst in the same week. I don't know.

Last week was unable to finish the mission due to getting disconnected several times.... but good news when I finished it this week it gave me completion of last week AND this week- I did HAVE the exo step completed so not sure what it does if you are missing one.
One other strange thing - every time I complete mission and upload the virus, my ship spawns in UNDER the floor with its wings poking out: wonder if there is some secret room under there ?
