Shadowkeep wont start

I just bought shadowkeep, I went to the moon and Eris has a quest. When I interact with her she wont talk to me. It just shows me bounties saying "Campaign progress required"

I went to the archive, Does new light have to be completed before? I completed it with forsaken on xbox one beforehand. I thought that transferred. And shadowkeep isnt even there

Can you send a screenshot of both your quest log and your quest archive?

i'm pretty sure you start it from orbit, not on the moon itself. there should be a big red mission emblem on the far right of the map of the moon called "a mysterious disturbence" that should start the campaign.

nope, no mission. eris's name is blinking as if she has a mission for me. but has nothing :(

So there is no big red mission icon on the map of the moon to the left of Eris Morn's position? That when you scroll over it it says "A Mysterious Disturbance"? Which is free for everyone to play (you may have already played it on that character...?)

Create/switch to another character and see if it shows up?

And as someone else said, show us a screenshot of the map of the moon destination for us?

See If you have this on your moon map, you should be able to start the quest
