i saw the twab about master vow level and now i am confused
is it going to be 1580? 1590? 1600? I cant remember how it was when master vog dropped

It's 1580. The Artifact bonus level is capped at +30, which is what you need to reach 1580.

um, so the twab mentioned two different things.
1. master vod is 1580
2. the artifact bonus is capped at +30

So master VOD is gonna be 1580, no doubt there, and the 2nd part most likely refers to this.

Say, you're 1540 with +40 artifact so your light level is 1580, but when you enter master vod, your light level's going to be 1540+30 = 1570, due to artifact levels capping at 30.
In the same way, let's say you're 1560+50=1610. Then your light level in the raid will be 1560+30 = 1590.
