How do I start the previous DLC's?

I bought the previous DLC's because my PC can handle this game properly now and I want to experience it. I bought the most expensive version of this game back when Blizzard had it on their launcher so I could have all the future DLC's (jokes on me I guess on that one) and stopped playing this game years ago so any DLC I got from that or whatever I'm not even sure how to check/access that either. I'm very confused, the map shows only the witch queen quest so, do I need to do that first or?...

There's nothing on the quest screen or really anything on any of the planet map screens either. Their used to be a quest to start one of the DLC's but now it's gone even though I purchased it. The hell is going on here? I'm not sure what I'm missing?

There is a kiosk by the post master in the tower that holds all the quests that either you skipped, or otherwise don't have started.

If there are any DLC quests from before Shadowkeep, it is no longer accessible due to them being "vaulted" however going forward, no DLC content will be vaulted (Curse of osiris, Forsaken)
