Well i have the Deluxe edition of witch queen so i might go for either the Risen or Haunted one

Easiest obtainable one right now is Vidmaster then seasonal ones like Risen and Reaper. Deadeye came over time for me. There are some annoying PvP things to do, but it has the easiest gilding requirement. Dredgen is the opposite. Easy title but gilding it took a whole season for me. So I never gilded it again.

Also, if you want a raid title go with Descendant. Deep Stone Crypt has the easiest raid challenges and there's no master difficulty. Assuming you're into raids. But if you just want some purple text under your name, go with seasonal ones.

If you're goal is the "Seal the Deal" achievement then that requires on e of the original Forsaken Seals of which the remaining obtainable ones are Dredgen, Cursebreaker, Rivensbane and Unbroken (as long as you've reached Legend in two separate previous seasons). The achievement also requires you to own the Forsaken pack.
