It is recommended power 1,100 so anything above 1,150 will be at max power but it's scaled to three player so you'll never feel as strong against them as patrol zone enemies or even lost sector enemies. Not sure on your loadout, but my Bad Omens was one-shotting the ogres on the Necropolis, not sure if Argent Ordnance made a difference and they can survive normally, but probably not.
Yet, you come here asking for someone to tell you how?
Lucky for you, someone was willing to help you when you would not help yourself.
Thanks for the heads up. It honestly depresses me already. I hate swords, and carrying these on to chambers sounds painful. And aren't the relic swords temporary stuff ? Or hit-limited ? Didn't even know one could guard with it (maybe a key I never bound in the setting). I'm thinking maybe it's not worth cracking my 4ss on this challenge. Do you have an idea of what is gives ?
Thanks again for your answer
I just prefer forums. Besides, I gave my fair share of time googling stuff about this game through previous years. So I think I helped myself quite enough. I just lack of endgame knowledge and since some people are willing to give a hand, I appreciate that
You could have had your answer in less time on youtube.
Point was, you won't look at those resources like guides for help, but you would come here for the very same thing. The forum is not going to make the game self explanatory.
Maybe I have you all wrong, but it just came across as entitled to me. Had you left all that other not looking at whatever out, I don't think it would have looked that way to me. It just looked like "I'm not going to use those resources to figure this out because the game should be clear on what to do, so I will ask another person to invest their time into what I could have done myself. If I am wrong, apologies.
You are not alone.
You can guard with swords by pressing your melee key, the default is C.
The rewards....I'm not 100% sure on the loot table, but in general the chests award non-sunset Moon weapons including Heretic (rocket launcher), Blasphemer (shotgun) and Apostate (Sniper Rifle) and I believe it is the only source for Premonition (Pulse Rifle). It can also give non-sunset Dreambane armour, with the final boss chest gear piece guaranteed to have 7 energy and 'high' stats (at least 57 total with most distiributed towards two stats).
Yeah I see what you mean, it sounds like I'm a jerk this way, didn't figure that. But it was more like "since you guys are hardcore players who done all raids a dozen times, surely someone will have my back on this bit".
I guess I should be the one apologising.
Disappointiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing ! Dang, that is some sucky design. Is it ok if I put on all my mobility mods ? I think recovery is better, but I fear not being able to bring the sword to contact in time...
Some of these sounds nice (I'm all down for shotties). Also I thought sunset was gone (maybe I didn't read the patchnote properly, my bad).
Thank you for the details. I think I'll put this Pit aside for a moment or try again with a good mod set and maxed out weapons
The first and last encounters is about to using sword from the yellow bar knight. Also don't forget about matching symbols at first encounter.
Second encounter it just dunk some orb to three different place while you chasing by immune ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ogre. Used some exploit to make it easier (you can search it on google how to exploit it)
Third encounter is just like before, dunk orb 5x (i forgot how much it is) but at the same time you must survive, the ads just like comes like ♥♥♥♥♥♥ zombies appocalypse.
Last one before boss fight is some jumping puzzle and match the symbols again, like the first one, 3 symbol and all done,l. Don't forget to watch your steps!!
And here we go, boss fight. Kill knight with yellow bar health and go to three seperates place to kill, wizzard, knight, and one eyed beam laser thing.
Three of them has different ways to kill. (this is the same you do with first encounters)
-knight : light attack, left mouse button
-wizzard : heavy attack, right mouse button
-the eyeball laser thing : just deflect his attack with your guard.
after you kill three of them, dunk the orb on three seperates object at boss altar, and DPS time. If you can't one phase him, rinse and repeat.
Happy hunting, cheers..
Hey, I heard that, but since I never got any friend to stay more than a rockin 40min on this game, I'm a bit on my own since battlenet lol (and not willing to group with strangers either). So I had it coming yeah.
Actually, I just had a ghost quest and it mentionned the Pit, so I thought I had to pass this pit dungeon stuff in order to find the ghost. But after reading everyone's comment I think it's a bit too costy for a stupid ghost side quest now, isn't it ? lol
You read it right. I thought I didn't have enough light power and save the date for next year etc, but I'm a slow brain, I give you that.
Implying I'm still alive to engage another one on my way (let's not forget at that point I'm supposed to have run among enemies while holding a previous sword as if it was the olympic flame)
I'm totally okay with those arguments man, such a relief.
Jumping puzzle, that's maybe the thing I hate most about this game, right after being stuck by a little rock while driving the sparrow, or being killed by unannounced landing stuff. I may reconsider my goals here. But thx for the explanation. It doesn't sound that "complexe" all in all, you just gotta know.
The drop pods I have come to grips with, I know about where they land and don't stand there. I was in Trosland where the Cabol and Fallen fight and saw one person after another get smashed by the drop pods. I don't go where they land.
Jump puzzles, YUCK!
Yeah that spot is famous, but you can't remember all the drops in the game (includind pubs events etc). I just hate it that they never bothered designing a simple warning decal on the ground prior to drop
