How many headless ones are in a single run?
I am trying to get the triumph and i can only ever seem to get 15 but it isn't giving me progress for the one of many triumph. Am I doing something wrong?

maximum 10 i believe. but you can have extra headless hunt during boss frighting

I've been trying to do this aswell! We kill all the headless ones. But we dont get any progression to the triump.

Yeah, we just had 14, but the circle for the last one didn't pop up. It's possible we didn't wait long enough, but I dunno. If it takes much longer for the last circle, it's going to be *really* hard to do with randoms.

what triumph, we can't get even get past Eva quest to unlock the challenges and triumph

And... I just saw my team fail to summon the 15th while I was killing the 14th. So I guess it does exist.
