can I get this gun? Im thinking of getting sturm from kiosk but kinda want drang to go with it

Yes you can, Banshee has both a non-sunset Drang and Mida Mini-Tool, to combo with Sturm and Mida Multi-Tool. It may be on a second tab in his inventory.

do I need to own the exotics to see them? Cuz I dont right now

I am actually not sure.
Could you have picked them up already? You can recreate Drang from your collections if you did. They disappear when you pick them up from Banshee.
