Nightmare Hunt Fear bugged

First I got to the end of the mission and killed the final guy but it didn't allow me to continue. Then, I restarted it (almost a dozen times) and after clearing the first room all of the enemies would freeze and their health regenerate so I couldn't kill them or continue. THEN I got past those enemies but in one of the next rooms there are phantom enemies that I can't see or kill and so can't continue.
