orpheus rig boots and hunter nightstalker super got nerfed or something?

dont seem like im getting the same super energy back from enemies trapped with the boots equiped as before beyond light update, even with huge amount of enemies trapped, im not even getting the 1/4 of my energy back, there was a nerf or something? im not up to date with the patch notes and more, sorry if i missed something

Make sure they're getting killed

They have to be killed while affected by the tether I'm pretty sure,
