How do we unlock the Crucible now?

Since Bungie removed the legacy content, what's the route to unlock Crucible now? Or us new players are just humped and can never get into the crucible now? Geeze this games UI is aweful...

Just do the New Light Questline and talk to Lord Shaxx after you're finished. He should give you a Quest of some sorts.

Kinda useless if you don't own a mobile phone or smart device with sms support. There are players out there that don't own/use them.

I recall last year, well over a couple seasons ago, played one game where one of the enemy players was utilizing a teleport thing, he would instantly teleport to our backs at round start and go for shotgun frags. Won that game anyway, because of superior reflexes + we figured out it wasnt an actual ability in the game. But the really disappointing thing is finding out that that kind of behaviour is still accepted in the game when it has now so many new challenges, even tho imposed by the developers themselves.

Ran a few games yesterday with that armor that gives you infinite hold bow, and the bow that allows u to see thru one wall. Quite amazing how many know where you are, exactly, without having said equipment equipped. But in general players also play very silly and dont care, the problem is when players care too much as well. It's an awful mixnmatch of everything that isnt taking any kind of positive shape whatsoever.

With sunsetting the loot drop after games is also now highly treacherous if you get something useful or not and so it is for a lot of pve activities.

The game is now lacking direction and incentive.
