how do I kill this thing it's always immune I tried stasis and stasis super none of them work

Is that the enemy carrying the yellow scanner augment? You have to kill all the enemies that accompany it, and they will spawn in waves - including a bunch of servitors at the end. Once all of them are dead, the squad leader will become vulnerable.
