can you do multiple augmented obsessions in one week?

If I havent done the previous one in this weeks area, can I also do them ?

The buff is one per week, per account, so you can only do three terminals per week. So if you focus on one area each time then you'll be getting one triumph per week, but if you do something weird like 1x Bray Exoscience, 1x Creation and 1x Eternity for three weeks, then you'll get no triumph on week 1 and 2, and all 3 on the final week.

This week is Vex Sectors week, so you can do any three in Nexus and Well of Infinitude, but you'll have to wait for the next Vex Sector week (reset of Jan 5th) to do the other three.

I did the well of infitude this week, but can I also do the nexus one if I buy another buff from variks?

So i know you can't buy the buff more than once per account , but is it supposed to disappear if you leave europa? It's a 1 week buff...like wtf?

Are you sure? It has disappeared from your character screen?
I haven't had that happen, though I usually did them straight away.

If you still have like 2 more uses this week for example you can kill the fallen dude again and pick the scanner back up and itll have however many scans remaining that you had left
