No Prismatic Recaster/ Umbral Decoder available on HELM
I'm 1228 item level.
Just wanted to know if someone ran into the same issue : I've now completed the campaign, and the intro assault (battleground?) against the empress Caiatl forces.
But then, when I go to the HELM, the prismatic Recaster and Decoder aren't available. Ho, and the Hammer of Proving quest too.

Is anyone had this issue and solved it ?

Thanks in advance for your answers as contacting Bungie for help is a pµin in the ass.
I'm not even sure if they offer assistance as their help pages are only gameplay guides.

well the game does currently have issues with loading stuff in other areas, you may simply have found a new one.

Well maybe that have something to do with the fact that the player is forced to start on Europa when returning from a break, even if he/she was doing quests on the Cosmodrome...

There are 3 start points in the game... I can believe it.
I've made a new character for testing, I sarted at the Cosmodrome. the second time I logged in, I was sent to Europa, I logged out without havind done anything on Europa and was sent to Nessos against Caiatl Forces. Ridiculous...

In fact I 'm almost sure my problem comes from the fact that I entered the HELM when I was sent to the Tower after having finished the quests line of the cosmodrome before begining the quests of Beyond light/Caiatl...

None of that is a real thing so let's go in order.
1. A new character will ALWAYS start in the Cosmodrome because that's the tutorial area.
2. If you have Beyond Light, and have not yet finished the main story, the game will assume you want to do it.
3. Everyone had to do the season start quest on Nessus. Once you do it, you never get put there again.

The game will always drop you in orbit when you first log in unless there's a very specific set of circumstances met.

You're right when you say a new character starts at the cosmodrome but as soon as the player disconnect himself, he's sent on Europa or Nessos next tme he/she log in even if he/she was doing the tutorial quests at the Cosmodrome. And the game doesn't drop you in orbit but start the event (Europa or Battleground Nessos) right away.

I just did it again with a new character and I was sent from Cosmodrome to Nessos after a log out/in.

So yeah, Cosmodrome+Europa+Nessos Battleground = 3 starting points.

I didn't say there is no reason for the game to have 3 starting points but I can assure you it's pretty real and annoying when you have no choice to refuse.
This is dumb because simple poppin' quests like " go to Europa" and "go to Nessos" would have made the trick, letting the player to travel to these planets at his own discretion.

To go back to my original point it seems that the quest "A challenger arises" doesn't pop in my questlog after having finished the introduction battleground, when I'm sent to the HELM. And strangely, it's the case for every new character I make.

You're still missing the point entirely. There are NOT 3 start points. There's an introduction quest to each dlc that takes 15 minutes to finish. Stop logging out in the middle and they go away. There is only 1 log in point and that's orbit once the introduction quest is over

Ok ok, there are no 3 start points, just 3 introduction points.
