Red death reformed catalyst
Anyone knows how to get this with revenant now?

If you reached season rank 145 during Echoes but didn't claim the catalyst from the season pass track, you should be able to claim any unclaimed reward from the previous season/Episode on Bungie's site. If you didn't reach season rank 145 during Echoes however, then you're out of luck, no getting the catalyst unless they make it available through some other method in the future.

That kind of sucks. I mean the pass lasted for a very long time and wasn't too bad to grind out, so it is honestly the users fault if they didn't get what they wanted. Despite saying that they should've just put it in a quest line once it ended. (like the Manticore's catalyst quest for example).

By claiming the catalyst for this season exotic, it also gives you Red Deaths catalyst

Souce: Hover over the catalyst at Level 145 in the Battlepass
