Softlock while creating tonic?

I chose a tonic at the table, used my ressources, then I cant progress to gather the ingredients at the shelf, making it impossible to create it

Its glitched replay the onslaught then try again. Then it will happen again when it wants you to batch create tonics. Its really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid.
