Umbral Engram

I need some help, I just got the game and got all the dlc also, so I have tons of quests, no idea really what to do, or where to start, but ill eventually just do everything so thats not really the problem.
My problem right now is Umbral Engrams, I atm have 9/10 Umbral Engrams and I have no idea how to open them, I tried to find the info online but I couldnt really find what I needed, and it also seemed pretty confusing, like from everything I've read or watched, seem to say something different, what I have found so far is that i need to the Umbral Decoder and Prismatic Recaster from somewhere...

Does anyone know where to go and what quest I have to do?

If you have access to the Helm, that is where you focus them. If not there is a quest you have to do for to get the access.

"HELM will not appear if the first mission in Season of the Chosen is incomplete. The mission, called Battleground: Behemoth, is on Nessus to the left of The Fissure. If this is the case, defeating the Cabal and finishing the quest will unlock the HELM"

I did not had access to to HELM, but I did the quest you mentioned, and after that I was sent there and could right away open those Umbral Engrams!
