Multiple story quests are bugged out

So I cant complete my Path of the Splicer quest because decrypting the darkness wont function, and I cant get part 2 of the wayfinders compass, it never gave me the quest for any of it. I Dont know what the hell im missing but all of my season quests continue to bug out more and more, idfk what to do at this point, 90% of the seasonal ♥♥♥♥ doesnt function.

Decrypting the darkness should be completed by following the current seasonal quest.
Have you done the Cocoon mission in Dreaming City (launched from the orbit at the top right corner of DC map) and Wayfinder's Voyage quest after that?

The Decrypting the Darkness quest is only unintuitive because it came out during the first season, and while it was updated to work with the rest of the seasons so you could still decrypt Umbrals without buying the first season of the year, I don't think the text/quest steps were updated properly with that information. What else supposedly isn't working though?

The previous post just fixed it i think.... -_- this games questing sucks ass, never gave me any indication at any point that I needed to go to the dreaming city and do a mission at all.
