Encore: Overture Bug

So I got to the 3rd secret chest room, was doing the puzzle, then when I placed the blue portal generator item (don't know what it's called)
It literally deleted both of the items. Without opening a portal. So the puzzle was impossible to do, forcing me to orbit if I wanted to retry again (no checkpoints by the way)

Making this post simply to tell people of the bug & to be weary of this nonsense. Don't know what triggers it, or if there's some miraculous way to fix it, however there's no telling if it'll happen 100% of the time, so good luck gamers, hopefully Bungo actually fixes this stuff quickly.
