I believe the Vanguard Nightfall weapon is a stasis glaive. Also not Craftable but at least it can be enhanceble and there is an adept variant. For best of luck to get the roll you want just reset a bunch with Zavala and you'll have more perks per column. I know it's not perfect but it's the best you can do at the moment.

hopefully it will land on a week where there is double NF drops, like what they did last season with the strand linear
