id like a refund, for Destiny2 DLC

bought all the dlc just so i can play this game, i cant progress past rank 3 like i paid 130$ for free trial version. No weapon/armor mods. Making the game unplayable. The quest "Timeline Reflection""Caydes Fate" is busted and you cant unlock the game without this step. so i would very much like a refund.- Due diligence, I am attempting to make contact, asking for a refund.
why are steam games so broken? if its not hackers in CS, its game companies ripping people off. Steam offers Zero protection, sides with the broken game. We need gamestop to come back, this digital store is failing. im afraid to buy anything now. Feel like im getting scammed.

This bug appeared litterally last patch, bungie already aware of it, and propably gonna fix it next tuesday
