Am I mistaken or is this the 3rd week or the episode? Only asking because I can't do GMs still...

This is the third week, yeah. GMs will probably begin on week 4 as usual.

Last episode they became available in the third week of Act I but Act I started the week after Final Shape's release so it was the 4th week in total.

GMs start AFTER the 3rd week. Why they worded it like that in-game? No idea. Hordes of people will read "week 3" and assume GMs start week 3 because of how it is worded.

In my language it is clearly described as AFTER the 3rd week.
