Oscillation just SUCKS

Just played a Strike with Oscillation. It was NOT fun at all. Your main weapons loose power after just a few kills, you switch to the others in game, then they loose power, you swithch again...
It is a lot of power loss, you loose focus, you die while switching, WTF.

Yeah, as soon as I noticed the "3x weapon dulled" or whatever I was confused, and even MORE confused why a restrictive build modifier is in BASE STRIKES. This and the "hidden explosives" ones feel like a GM modifier or something on the Five of Swords that would give you double loot, not a random strike modifier.

Depending on if you were using the season exotic and a smg or something, it was more of a buff than a debuff.

why cant we just chill and play strikes without our builds being cucked for no reason.

atleast 'extra grenade regen' is fine regardless of your build. it doesn't exactly force you to run a grenade build.

These new strike modifiers all suck and aren't fun to play with. Nobody was asking for this, much like the 'bane' system that just seems to make the gameplay worse.

Im just now catching wind of this modifier was about to get a build going to do some grandmasters and read it and instantly thought to myself this is gonna kill all the fun so i decided to google it and that seems to be the consensus nice going bungie

actually i just did liminality GM with it and its not as bad as i thought, your weapons can get pretty powerful

Play as you like ! But do it this way.
I remember doing Spire of stars on Prestige and one of the weapon was swords. Had to switch weapon and empty it to reload them. Did that one with the range exotic sword that could throw stuff on right click. Painful.

They have internal data that tracks how many people are playing activities and they also know what the modifiers were for those activities. If you want to send the message that activities with these modifiers on suck then DON'T PLAY THEM. Either do something else (there is no shortage of other stuff to do, to be fair) or play a different game.
