Emote and other particle(?) effects not working properly

Is anyone else having issues right now with certain things such as emotes not showing the full thing for instance the super saiyan one its showing the animation no problem but not showing the hair part itself. Also the new relic beam for the seasons onslaught mode isnt showing either. Literally no beam..the gun itself works no problem and its but I can't see the beam. Any help would be appreciated thanks

The beam in the skull relic found back Beyond Light and inserted in activities such as you listed. Have been missing the laser beam for almost a year. Emotes particles not showing at the first time. It might be to heavy traffic on servers. If you play anywhere else but alone or changing sessions it may get resolved.
