Only Person In Matchmaking

Is there an issue with Matchmaking at the moment? Starting today, I am the only Person appearing in any games of Onslaught or Tomb/Contest of Elders and it's been like this all day. It can't be Iron Banner because I was able to consistently get matches with people in other game modes during Iron Banner up until today.

Nobody is in the queue for Iron Banner, Crucible, Vanguard Operations, etc... either. What the hell is going on?!

It says there are over 30k players in game so it's not that dead.

Dead game, try using fireteam finder, it's empty.

Open task manager, click the network tab, see if at the top you got Delivery Optimisation.
If you do youtube the how to disable that crap. Probably problem solved.
