Hierarchy Of Needs Catalyst
Recently picked up the bow in the title of the post. According to everything online, apparently you get the catalyst for it from completing the dungeon on master difficulty. However, for some reason I can't change the difficulty on mine. Did they remove the option to do so, and move the catalyst drop to something else?

Master difficulty is only available for the current dungeon (so Vesper's Host) and the two legacy dungeons on the current weekly rotator.

Spire of the Watcher will be in rotation on the reset of the 10th of December, then its Master mode will be available.
